Karadsev Vadim is a political scientist, author of many scientificarticles and dissertations. Today he is one of the most famous Ukrainian scientists working in the field of politics. However, despite his popularity, many consider him a charlatan, since Karasev's forecasts do not always coincide with reality.
And yet, who is Vadim Karasev? How true is his opinion on the situation in Ukraine? And why is he disliked in certain circles?
Vadim was born on May 18, 1956. It happened in a small town called Korostyshev, that in Zhytomyr region. Here he graduated from the local school, after which he decided to go to conquer another city.
For this he entered the KharkovState University. Strictly speaking, in this institution he received the education of a political scientist. After graduation from the postgraduate course, Vadim Karasev decided to stay as a teacher at the same university. Here he led political science and political economy from 1986 to 1996.
Having gained enough experience, in 1996 hechanges the habitual place of work for the post of deputy director of the Kharkov branch of the National Institute of Strategies. Here he worked for six years, after which he decided to move to the capital of the country. As a result, in 2003, Karasev headed the Kiev Institute of Global Strategies.
Vadim Karasev repeatedly ran for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. However, only once, in 2010, his attempts were crowned with success.
It should also be mentioned that during the period from 2001 to 2002 he was an adviser to the vice-premier. And from 2006 to 2010 he advised the head of the Presidential Secretariat, though in an informal form.
In the political struggle, Vadim Karasev joined thebeginning of 1992. Initially, he did not plan to run for public office. And that's why Vadim Karasev decides to help different political structures achieve their goals.
In 1994, for the first time, he tried himselfpolitical technologist. And, to everyone's surprise, his works give a very good result. Thanks to his pre-election strategy, Leonid Kuchma is the President of Ukraine.
After such a remarkable victory, the name of VadimKarasev is on everyone's lips. Glory so flows to him by the river. However, he soon got tired of promoting others, and he decided to secure a place in parliament. For this purpose in 2006 he decides to nominate his own candidacy from the Veche party. Alas, he was waiting for a fiasco. His political campaign did not justify the hopes placed on her, because of which the political force could not surpass the 3% barrier.
And yet Karasev did not become discouraged, and in 2010he joined the party "United Center". Moreover, he was soon appointed one of the leaders of this organization, having entrusted him with the reins of government. However, Karasev had little such power, and therefore in 2012 he again experienced his fate in the parliamentary elections. But, like last time, he was completely disappointed.
Over the years, Vadim Karasev wrotemany scientific works. Many of them became the basis for the current generation of political scientists. In addition, the scientist has several books in his arsenal. The most famous of them is "Thought with a speed policy", written in 2002.
Also, many political talk shows inviteVadim Karsava to visit himself as an authoritative specialist. For example, it is present on almost all issues of the "Shuster LIVE" program, which is broadcasted at the First National.
And yet, some experts consider the workKarasev, to put it mildly, unscrupulous. As a vivid example, he repeatedly recalled his cooperation with Viktor Yushchenko, which ended very sadly for the former President of Ukraine.
Another reason for criticism istemperamental nature of the political scientist. For example, there were cases when Karasev, offended by the opponent's words, simply left the live broadcast or switched to high tones in conversation.
Little is known about the personal life of the political scientist. A reliable fact is that he is married to a certain Ushakova NG. In this case, despite the solid age of the couple, they do not have children yet.
Free time Vadim Karasev dedicates to the family andmusic. By the way, the attraction to art was seen from a political scientist from an early age. So, even in his youth he played drums in one of the instrumental-vocal ensembles of Kharkov.
