While mushrooms are cooling down, chicken fillet is necessarychop, and the onion cut into half rings. Then mushroom legs finely cut into cubes, pour 1 spoonful of vegetable oil on a frying pan and fry onions 2-2.5 minutes, you can slightly more if you love onions more fried. Then add the chicken fillet, dilute the flour in sour cream, season with spices, and all this should be stewed on low heat for about five minutes, until it thickens. The filling should in no case be thick, but also not liquid, better than medium consistency. Are you ready? Then it's time to stuff mushroom caps.

Carefully greasing the baking sheet with vegetable oil,Put on the bottom of the mushroom cap plates up. In each hat, put the pre-cooked stuffing in order to get a hill on top. In the end, the cheese should be cut into thin plates (or grate on a large grater), and then mix it with a tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Each spoon is tamped with a spoon and greased lightly with mayonnaise, and on top we put a pinch of cheese mixed with breadcrumbs, so that the cheese melts and decorates our hats.
