Pre-prepare the yeast. In a small amount of warm water dilute 1 ч.л. yeast. In another bowl, combine until smoothly the egg, salt, a tablespoon of sugar, 300 ml of kefir and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. After that, put the yeast into the mixture, gently mix and add gradually this amount of flour to make a soft dough. The received dough cover with a towel and put in a warm place.
