What is paraproctitis?
Paraproctitis is an inflammatory diseasetissues near the anus or rectum. In the future, he gets to the mucous membrane of the intestine and because of its fineness breaks into the rectum. Sometimes the abscess passes through the skin of the perineum. However, positive dynamics is only an appearance - in the future paraproctitis can progress and move into a chronic stage.
Causes of paraproctitis

It is important for patients to remember that the symptoms that have begunparaproctitis will not disappear by themselves. Delayed treatment leads to the involvement of all new layers of tissues in the inflammatory process. In the end result accumulated pus can break into the pelvic cavity, which will lead to severe consequences and even to death. And with late surgical treatment of paraproctitis, complications such as impotence, stool incontinence, gas, narrowing of the anus can occur.
