Previously, I did not have to select a menu forbanquet, but, having received the next diploma, decided to mark this event as it should, and arrange a family banquet. It turns out that the banquet dishes can be very different, from salads to the most complicated snacks. Today I will share with you the best recipes that have gone "with a bang."

Basically, the banquet dishes are represented by salads.

1) Salad with pineapple and chicken. For cooking, we need a can of canned pineapple (standard - 300 grams), 300 grams of chicken fillet, a handful of walnuts, 100 grams of hard cheese, two boiled eggs, lettuce leaves for decoration, mayonnaise. First you need to boil the chicken fillet in salt water. Then cool it and cut into small cubes. Next came the turn of pineapples - we drain the juice, we cut pineapples into cubes. Walnuts a little grind, but not much, so that the outlines of the nuts remain. Next, prepare the cheese - rub it on a large grater. Eggs finely chopped. Wash salad leaves and beautifully spread out on a flat plate. Further lay on the leaves of the chicken, promazyvayut mayonnaise. Then pineapples - again promazyvayut mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then eggs and nuts. On top of the salad, if desired, you can decorate with greens.

2) Hearty salad "sunflower". We need: medium-sized onions, 200 grams of champignons, 3 eggs, 200 grams of hard cheese, 100 grams of smoked chicken, canned corn-1 can, black olives without pits, 1 fresh cucumber, chips, mayonnaise, sour cream and cream for sauce. Onion shred, fry in butter. Champignons also cut and fry in vegetable oil. Eggs must also be boiled beforehand. Then prepare the sauce, mix in equal proportions sour cream, cream and mayonnaise. If you like a well-salted salad - cook the sauce more.

It should be noted that the chicken can be replaced with any meat, because the banquet dishes from the meat always enjoy success.

So, let's start cooking salad. At the bottom of the salad bowl we spread the chopped smoked chicken. Then mushrooms and onions. Pour the sauce. Next, we rub on the boiled eggs from the top, spread the corn and again spread the sauce. Now we are forming a sunflower. Olives cut in half and spread out as a seed. Cucumbers and chips lay out petals. Here there is a small nuance: if the salad is planning to be served later, it's better to decorate it with chips before serving, otherwise they will soften and will not crunch nicely.

3) You can prepare banquet dishes, recipeswhich we have known for a long time, for example balls from crabs. For the preparation we need: 100 grams of crab sticks, red Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece, a slice of white bread, a bunch of green onions and parsley, a couple of spoons of mayonnaise, a bit of mustard, 1 egg, 60 grams of hard cheese, salt and pepper to your liking. Crab sticks and pepper finely chop, then chop the cheese, crumble the bread, cut parsley and onions. Mix everything. Then add the egg, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and mix everything. Get a lot like a dough. From it, glue the balls the size of a walnut. Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, no more. You will understand the readiness by the golden crust.

Of course, banquet dishes can beare represented not only with salads and snacks, among them may be hot dishes, for example broths, second courses, hot snacks. For sweet tooth, a real feast will be all sorts of fruit desserts, ice cream and cakes, as well as various cakes. But this is a completely different culinary theme.
