First, we divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks and engage in proteins, whisking them with a small amount of salt until a thick white foam. In another container, whip butter, sugar and vanillin until a homogeneous mass is formed and the sugar dissolves. As soon as this result is achieved, add the yolks. It is recommended to add them one by one so that it is easier to mix the whole mass.

We take another container and mix the flour,cocoa powder and baking powder. Add the nuts to the resulting mixture. It should be noted that they should not be whole, but crushed, otherwise the tender cake will be spoiled by a rough nut texture. After the nuts, carefully add the proteins.
