  3. Sales management - this is the process of organizing the sale of products, participation in the design of economic contracts for the supply of products.
  4. Staff management - this is the qualitative planning of the use of labor resources, their selection, placement, training. This includes the development of a system for motivating and stimulating the personnel of the organization.
  5. Financial management - is the development of goals and objectives of managementfinances of the organization, planning the financial activities of the organization, developing methods for the effective management of financial resources of the organization. Financial management includes risk management and tax management.
  6. Innovative management - organizes work with innovations,coordinates the use of scientific discoveries. This management implies a creative mood in the team, a special attitude of the working staff, ready for constant experimentation and mastering of new technologies.
  7. Investment Management - is the work of managing investments, rational investment of capital for profit in the future.
  8. Eccauting Management Is a management based on comprehensively collecting information, processing and analyzing it, with further comparison of the performance of other organizations with a similar activity.
  9. Adaptive Management aims to adapt to the changing conditions of the external environment. For example, brokerage offices are a vivid example of an adaptive system.

10. Anti-crisis management Is the management of the processes that accompany the bankruptcy procedure of the organization. For example, management during the period of bankruptcy proceedings or when concluding a peace agreement.
